This may look like our Year 4 students were just having fun playing in mud! However, this messy and muddy science experiment had a purpose. How do plants prevent erosion from water occurring? By conducting a number of muddy experiments involving soil, plant material and a lot of water, our Year 4 students now have a better understanding of the important role vegetation plays in preventing erosion. Our Science Faculty are always looking for fun ways to engage our students that help make learning outcomes stick!
