Drama is more than an acting class! It’s about creativity and artistry across a breadth of elements, media, technologies, disciplines and styles. Drama engages students with stories and issues in the world to create understanding, empathy and change. It builds self-esteem, confidence and understanding to create strong inter-personal and intra-personal skills. Drama puts theory into practice, demands passion and commitment plus physical and intellectual rigor. Drama is studied in Years 5 and 6 and then offered as an elective from Year 8 through to the HSC. Our students are provided with many opportunities to hone their craft and share their God-given gifts and talents with others.
