Easter celebrations commenced at the College today with the Preppie Giraffes’ Easter Hat Parade! Joined by some very special visitors, the Preppie Giraffes proudly paraded their colourful creations around the playground. Did you know – Easter hats date back to the 18th century when women and girls would purchase new hats to wear to church on Easter Day marking the end of Lent and celebrating new life through the death and resurrection of Jesus? We look forward to welcoming parents to the Primary Easter Celebrations on Friday with Chapel and the Hat Parade commencing at 9am in the Sports Centre.
