Australian Mathematics Competition
General News
Over the past week, 37 students from across Year 7, 8 and 9 have eagerly participated in the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC). The AMC is an engaging 30-problem competition that demonstrates the importance and relevance of mathematics in students’ everyday lives. It’s designed to provide students with an enrichment opportunity to solve harder problems in a competition environment. Entry in the AMC allows our passionate mathematics students to receive recognition in the form of a prize for their mathematical expertise and knowledge. Well done to all involved.
